Down 3 more pounds this week, unbelievably given what I've eaten. Then too, I've been kicking my butt in the gym for the past couple of weeks!!!

My First post for this topic :carrot:
My weigh in days are Wednesdays...I've lost 5 lbs since I started 3 1/2 weeks ago. Will keep you guys updated for the next weigh in...I'm very concerned about Thanksgiving!!!! I am going to try to increase my exercise for the next two weeks, hope that works! |
I weighed in today... 210 on the dot.. the lowest i've been so far is 210.6... GO ME!!! :carrot:
seriously i'm so excited :D 10 more lbs before new years... wish me luck. that's 2lbs a week |
It´s my first post here.. my weigh in days are sundays and last sunday after two weeks I had lost 1 kg (about 2.2 pds) not very fast but happy anyway. And I measured myself and had lost some cms too specially in my waist!! Yesterday I had a cheat meal so I´m not sure what the scale will show this sunday, I hope 1 kg less cause then I would have reached my first mini goal!

Ok girls - my official weigh in isn't until Friday - which is a GOOD THING!!! I had an awesome weekend w/ my boyfriend - took him out for his birthday.. it was great.. and then i stepped on the scale yesterday morning. I was up #10.5 from Friday!!! OMG!!!
I knew that I WAY over enduldged this weekend, and I also know that TOM will be here any day (usually casing about a #5-7 gain)- so i'm praying that it's mostly water weight - so i'm going to kick my butt into gear and really watch what's going into my mouth this week. I've accepted the fact that unless it's ALL water i'm not hitting my goals this month... but I can still make my Christmas goal. I'm not changing any tickers until Friday's official weigh in... it has to get better by then! |

I have to say, it sounds like your doing great! And three glasses is not all that much. I think when we're losing weight we put these expectations on ourselves and we focus so much on the scale. Honestly, yes when you work out your muscles expand and you weigh more (I'm not exacty sure of the mechanics of it, should have payed more attention in class), and a woman's body weight can fluxuate up to five pounds throughout the day. The most reliable method for looking at our progress day to day is how we look and feel! It sounds like you've been working really hard, congrats!:carrot:

Hey All! This is my first post for this topic. My weigh-in days are Tuesdays and this past week before the Thanksgiving holiday was particularly stressful. It seems as if all of my professors sat down and decided that they should ALL plan exams at the same time. :eek: So imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale yesterday and weighed a whole 2.5 lbs LESS than last week. :carrot:

Still at 188. That # seems to be my biggest hurdle. Hopefully all the walking I will do on Black Friday will help get that # down.

YAY! i'm down 2.8 lbs this week... thank goodness... i thought i was never going to start dropping wight again. down to 209.0 from 211.8 last week

No new loss for me.:( But no gain either. I seem to be on the lose a few-gain a couple back-lose that-stay at the same for a week or so-then lose a couple more weight loss plan! :dizzy:

213 even today... Usually I only weigh myself once a week but I was feeling very bloaty yesterday when I weighed. Decided to count today's as official :) 1.5 lbs down for the week!
