up 100g to 77.9kg
However I ran a mile for the first time this week without stopping and have done it everyday since - so I'm happy at NSV :) |
This morning I was up .2 but I think that's pretty good considering my husband "talked" me into eating at Cracker Barrell for breakfast. Also I made no-bake cookies last night. So that brings my weight to 182.0. That's still 5lbs off in 1 1/2 weeks. I joined the gym where my husband is a member. Starting tomorrow the weight will continue to drop.

Yesterday, my official weekly "average" weigh-in day, I'm down 2 lbs. I officially hit the 30 lb. mark! YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!

As for me, I'm back down to 296 from 298 last week, so two pounds...not too bad. :) |
im down to 136.5 - 2 lbs this week. my goal was 136 but becayse i could be bloated or whatever im not worrying about it - if im still up half a lb next week ill worry!

I should not have weighed myself today- especially after how bad I was this weekend. But the high number motivated me to get to the gym so that was good. I'm not going to weigh in again until Friday- the scale is too maddening.

2. my check in date is tuesdays. i was at 210.6 this tuesday morning. i binged last night and had Burger king for dinner, so i weighed myself on the scale this morning... bad sally.. gained 1.5lbs... so ya that's motivation to stay good :D this is a perfect thread for me. i have a kickbutt spreadsheet i made too to help with the tracking for me, but that's only accountable to me :D |
I usually do my weigh ins on monday mornings. This week it showed a loss of 5 pounds.....but I hadn't been on the scale for a while before that so (about 2 weeks, was a little scared to know), it is a loss of 5 from my starting weight. It doesn't really matter, cause its still less!

Well, my weigh in days are Thursdays. This is only week 2 for me. I'm down 3lbs. I also do measurements (thighs, hips, waist) and between the three spots, I lost 3 1/4". Yay!

This morning was my weigh in. It did not turn out well...I've gone back up to 181. Although, I feel like I'm retaining water. I'm not sure why though. I've been drinking plenty. Maybe I'll try to cut back on salt or something. i'm going to weight in again on Monday and see how it looks. *sigh*

I just finished weighing in - I'm down #3.4 to #185.1. I'm sure I'm retaining some water though, and last night's 2 am snack probably didn't help.. dumb stress! :stress:

i hit 150 today...it was 150.8 on the scale but i've been fighting about 2 weeks to get past the 151 barrier. every time i'd get close i would screw it up with sodium or zatirans (which makes me gain like crazy and keep it on for like 3 days). ive got 2.8 lbs to go till my thanksgiving goal--although i would just like to see 148 by then...that would be wonderful...it;s going to be a stretch but we shall see.
