my biggest goal for this month is to stay positive. ive gotten down on myself quite a bit. i need to re-frame and get back the 'can-do' attitude. i need to adjust my diet, which started today. i need to keep that adjustment solid. as for exercise, my aim is 5 days a week. a lot of days i end up exercising 2x a day. here goes!

So I did very well last month! Very happy! We'll see how this month goes with school with almost full time nights and 16 credits of school! I can do it! I want to step up the cardio a tiny bit (baby steps!), but I didn't pay too much attention to diet last month. I also want to take baby steps here.

Okay, so I really messed up last month. This month is a new month, however, and I plan to start anew. This week I've gotten back to the gym (except yesterday, when I felt sick) and I plan to continue that. My goal for the month is just to get to the gym at least 5 times a week, preferably 6.
I don't have a whole lot of time to update here everyday, but I make checks in my daily planner when I've exercised for the day so I'm gonna put an X on those days...

Ok, I have never done this...so I have no idea. I am gonna say 600 minutes of exercise, between the ski machine, hula hoop, jump rope...whatever I happen to do Am I doing this right?? The first few days of Sept are blank cause I did not start back into my routine until the beginning of this week. I also want to make sure that I drink enough water.
