It's that time again... Everybody JOIN in on another monthly challenge we've all grown to know and love! Summer is still here! Enjoy the sun and get fit!

Set your own fitness goals.
You can join in at ANY time.

1. Post a reply in this forum with your goals.
2. Write down all the dates of September so you can keep on track with your goal (or add days as the month progresses)
3. EDIT your post everyday/or when you have the chance with your progress.
4. If you need anything or have any questions PM the 20-something's moderator, trnsfrmnreplace (me).
5. The numbers are minutes of exercise by the way. You can also use icons to note that you have done an exercise or goal for the day

Well, last month was a bit of a bust. This month, I CAN do it! 1400 minutes!
Edited September 10: I've had a rough start to the month; lots going on that was unanticipated (like a complete lack of sleep). I'm revising my goal to 1100 minutes.

I'm doing a lot better, I was able to exercise most days last month. This month's goal for me would be to complete 270 minutes per week (an extra 30 minutes per week) for a total of 1080 minutes this month.. here goes!
