Whenever I drink too much and I get really queasy (sp?) I do make myself throw up but thats only because I know it's going to happen eventually. I usually feel better afterwards and other than that I never purge. I hate throwing up, it hurts and I cry every time lol. I'm a big baby.

Hey...seems like a lot of people have the same confession!
I have made myself vomit before. But only when I've been hungover really really bad. Like so bad (for example, after graduation...oh that was BAD) that I knew I was going to throw up within the next few hours, and felt so miserable...and after I threw up I felt SO much better! (after graduation I vomited about 5 times...some self induced...some not ugh)

I have to admit I have eaten so much that I had WISHED I could make myself throw up what was in my stomach. I've gotten to the point of bending over the toilet. But just couldn't do it. Having the flu or a monster hangover is a different situation, in my mind. I really don't want to add those kind of problems onto being overweight. It's not worth it.
