Default Someing funny to keep you on track

This last weekend was a tough one. I overate, I over-drank, I heard a long report on NPR about weightloss failure and began to wonder if I would ever reach and sustain a healthy weight. But this is a new week!

This morning I woke up and I had lost another pound and then today I stumbled on these cute PSAs. I know I've lost most of my love handles (still working on the thunder thighs).

Good job!
Weekends are hard for me too.. During the week, with school and work, I really have to eat quick and healthy. But it's soo tough when people invite you to places. Self-control is the key! Good luck on this new week!
