1. Lose these last two pounds.
2. Keep drinking water, cut out soda. I've been really bad since my brother's grad party and tons of the stuff is left over.
3. Get some sort of physical activitiy in every day.
4. Curb midnight snacking.
My goal is to lose 8-10 pounds by August 3rd (My vacation time!)

Take my dog for longer walks.
Increase cardio from 5 days a week to 6.
Lynsey: how are you finding the couch to 5k? I've been thinking about doing it, but i'm worried what running might do to my bad knees. How far into it are you?
I am still in the first week. I tweaked it a bit to fit me because I had never run in my life. It's getting easier each time but I don't have knee trouble. I was having trouble with side stitches but they are getting better if I breath right.
I didn't do nearly as well as I could have in June. I hit a plateau, and that was discouraging after the 2nd week...so I really slacked my on diet. But I want to get through it! So that is my biggest July goal: get past the plateau and start moving down again. Also, I signed up for a July Challenge and want to--no, WILL--stick with that and do my best.
My goal is to lose another 5+ pounds before my mom comes to visit at the end of the month. That will make a solid 75+ pounds lost since she last saw me!
My July goal is to get down to 140 and stop drinking so many alcoholic calories. Last night we had a huge house party I probably had 1.5 bottles of champagne, a few glasses of red wine, some kahlua and coffee, and I had a dirty martini earlier with dinner. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. And the night before i probably had 500+ calories of beer at our local bar.
I love partying, but I have to curb the calories. So I should definitely work on that for July. I rarely overeat by myself, but I both overeat and overdrink with friends.
I love these goal threads because I love to come back and read them at the end of the month and see where I was at and what I was thinking at that time.
I surpassed my June goal to make it to 195 lbs....I made it to 194!
JULY GOALS:
-to continue running regularly
-to make it down to 187 lbs. by the end of the month
-loosing as many pounds as possible
-drink more water
-excersize regularly + STRETCHING
- eat and drink well (but not too much) at my birthday party
- be outside as much as i can
aww, thank you! i absolutely love evangeline lily. she also has the body i'd like to work up to, we have a similar body type..just need to stay motivated.
