i think i haven't been doing so well lately, i thought i had lost 2 lbs, but i weighed in earlier this week, and i had only lost one.

maybe i'm eating too much? not sure. i think my problem is that i eat more food or snack when i'm bored..or just craving something. so for me..
-exercise for 20 minutes every morning
-exercise for 30 minutes after work, weights afterwards
-eat when i'm hungry, not snack when i'm bored. (stop and think if i really do want to eat that..)
-eat cereal every morning for breakfast, with a piece of fruit (except on saturdays (but eat someting healthy), my mom and i go to this restaurant for really good breakfast)
