I tend to snack throughout the day instead of eating meals when I'm at work. My favourites:

-can of tuna! -- not everyone likes this, but I think it's yummy. Just make sure it's a brand that isn't packed with oil/salt.
-salads! I know that this might sound gross, but I like to eat them as finger-food. This makes the whole salad last longer, and makes it feel more like "fun" food.
-if your plan allows, bananas are good and filling, and high in potassium.
-if you're careful to mind the sodium, pickles are great; there are some great low-cal pickles out there...yum!

I'm personally a fan of cheese and crackers with fruit. I like having 5 multigrain crackers with 2% sharp cheddar cheese (not humongous slices of course!) and some grapes or apples. Yum

I'm a leftover snacker. I made ridiculous portions of all my meals since I'm cooking separate meals from my brother and parents when I'm home (and just for myself when I'm at my internship) so I have a few spoonfuls of whatever I made.

When I'm at school, I'm in a dorm with no great grocery access so I make a weekly Trader Joes run and get various things. One of my favorites was a date roll covered in coconut with an almond on top. If I remember correctly, it was no sugar added and even 1 little one was very filling.
