Oooo -- I have drank like a vat of diet coke today. I am sure I have you beat.

Have you tried the lean cuisine brick oven pizzas?? I think they are soo tasty - totally take away any cravings for real pizza. In fact, regular pizza tastes too greasy to me now.

I hear ya on the pizza thing... I succumbed to it this week also. But hey another day, another opportunity to "get it right". I think I might need to get one of those lean cuisines for my freezer for 'just in case'.

I'm in the same boat, drank way too much diet Mt Dew and gave in to pizza and cheesy bread. On as good of a note as pizza can be I only ate 1 piece of it and 1 of the bread. Of course I've picked up an hour and 45 minutes on my gazelle to try to break even with the scale in the morning. As far as the lean cuisines go I'm not a spinach eater unless its in a salad but the spinach and mushroom pizzas they have are oh sooooo good. They are like 310 calories for the pizza.

i was gonna say the same thing about the lean cuisine pizzas!

Yesterday I bought the chicken and garlic one- it has a white cream sauce and plenty of cheese- tastes pretty decadent, and far from being a dealbreaker meal. I try not to eat them too often, so they really feel like a treat to me.

With that said, pizza is and will always be my downfall too.

pizza is my food too. not sweets. not salts. just freakin pizza.
i have several ways that i deal with this though. i am a calorie counter all the way, so i just have figured out some low to mid range calorie pizza options. first and formost, (mentioned before) the LC Pizzas. the spinach and mushroom (310cal) and the brickoven gormet mushroom (290). then i also absolutely looooove schlotskys deli vegetarian pizza (540 cal) it is sooo filling and good with the pesto and the sourdough crust and mmm all the veggies. and sbarros cheese pizza 1 slice (which is huge! 460cal)

all valid options for your common calorie counter. so i say, want pizza? have pizza! and dont you dare feel guilty over it.

Okay ladies, then you'll understand my pain:

I signed a lease for an apartment that starts in August, and it is only about a 5 minute walk to a freaking Pizza Hut with a full bar. This means that anytime I want, I'll be able to stroll down the street, fill up on greasy pizza, drink my fill of beer without having to worry about driving home, and generally have a gloriously gluttonous time. How in God's name will I stop myself?!
