Smile Ready for an April Challenge!

I desperately need a challenge to get me motivated. April has started out really really badly . I need to focus to stay on track... Wish me luck!
My Goal: 1800 minutes ~ 60 minutes a day

Apr 1: sad day boyfriend of 5 years dumps me to "be" with other people
Apr 2: last sad day off for myself

This is also my first month, so I picked a lowly goal of 700 minutes, something I knew I could actually do!

My Goal: 700 mins

Apr 1: 45 Minutes Cardio - 2 miles (Actually 44.40 my fastest walking 2 mile)
Apr 2: 20 Minutes Strength workout - upper body
Apr 3: 50 Minutes Cardio - 2.2 miles
Apr 4: 20 Minutes Cardio - 1 measly mile (so much for a day off lol)
Apr 5: Nothing
Apr 6: 45 Minutes Cardio 2.1 miles
Apr 7: Lazy
Apr 8: 20 Minutes Strength training
Apr 9: 45 Minutes Cardio 2.2 miles
Apr 10: 45 Minutes Cardio 2.1 miles
