So I have this Carmen Electra Video...Aerobic Striptease..It's really alot of fun. I love dancing, and she incorporates pretty much every body part in the workout. I really like this video and was wondering if anyone else had tried it. I use it for days I don't have time to get to the gym.

I dont have it but it looks like alot of fun? do you break a sweat doing it, I want to try it. Is the workout good

LOL Yes I break a sweat doing it..And I only have the beginner level video.

I have the entire volume and I have only gotten through the 1st 2 so far. You do work up a sweat and they are so fun. I recommend them to anyone

I tried it. I didn't get that great a workout for how annoying I find Carmen Electra to be.

I haven't tried that one but it looks fun. I've gone to a poledancing class though and it looks easy but it's not. My muscles were exhausted after. I only did one class but I think it would be a pretty fun workout to do regularly.

Maybe it's just me, but I find pole dancing and strip teasing exercise classes to be degrading to women.

I don't see how it is degrading..It's not like we're shaking it for money LOL. Maybe we're just learning some moves for our hubbies/boyfriends.

I have the whole series saved on Netflix. I was waiting till I got my apartment to try them out and now I have to get my Netflix back.
