I didn't do so hot on my last ones. Here we go again...
1) Lose 5lb. (Takes me to 195 hopefully.)
2) 2L water/day
3) Plan ALL meals, EVERY DAY.
4) No eating out or fast food (in keeping with 40 days/40 nights challenge).
5) Exercise at least 2x a week (lame, I know, but I have to start somewhere).
That's March for me! Let's see those lbs come flying off

...and 6 pounds would usually be a little ambitious for me, but I attribute 2 lbs. to TOM, so I should be able to do this.
