L: 2 slices wheat bread, bbq pork, banana peppers; either rice cakes or green pepper strips
D: Pork Chop; California blend vegges, maybe some type of starch (potato or rice?)
S: Rice cake and cool whip; ???
WO: Walking to and from school 1.2 miles; C25K D1/W4 (I tryied yesterday but ended up just walking because I had terrible side pain).
Water: 3-4 Liters
