As far as WHAT I'm eating...just taking this past weekend into consideration - I had a pimento cheese sandwich, a few frozen dinners (Lean Cuisine type things), a grilled chicken salad, etc. I'm sticking to low-cal and common sense foods...but nothing tastes or sounds good and my stomach just cramps and cramps with whatever I put in it. I just ate a granola bar here at work and I'm hoping it goes over well.
I think my body is just in shock with all the activity I'm putting it through here lately
