I did so well on my diet til my birthday lol My b-day was last Fri. and Sat. night after work my inlaws had us over for cake and ice cream, Sun. night my mom had us over for homemade chicken and dumplings with homemade hot rolls, then on Sunday we went to my husbands moms for bbq......... I had been doing so good I'm terrified to step back on my scale. I was down 3 ibs, but have continued working out throughout all of that mess.
Well think of some positives, you continued to workout during the whole thing, i mean you could have not done that.
Just continue to get back on track and keep up the good work. I would recommend waiting a couple of days till you are back on track to weigh yourself.
So your b-day was the 9th too? Now I'm super sure that was a good day.
Anyway... about slipping over the weekend... to slip up is normal. I ate three pieces of pizza the other day when we celebrated my b-day here at work. Not the best choice, but it was there, and really good. I beat myself up over it, then I went for a really long walk to try to burn some of it off. Keep up the good work and you'll have no problem getting back on track.
