Cool Do you remember your first 7 lbs?

Well this morning, after nine days of low-calorie foods and exercise, I reluctantly stepped on the scale at the gym - and to my surprise, I was seven pounds lighter than when I started!

I didnt want to weigh in the first place - I get REALLY discouraged when the actual numbers don't match up to the ones in my head. Now, I feel more motivated than ever - all over just seven pounds!

My first took a little longer than 9 days lol but I certainly do remember the first time I stood on the scales after I'd committed to exercise and better eating...would have been a good couple months later and i'd dropped from 80kgs (176) to 72kgs (158)...that was an awesome feeling!

Congrats on your achievement!
