Yesterday was good... until I ended up at waffle house with a friend after my night class. I guess I'm not good at saying "no." I only had some hashbrowns, though, which I figure are like 6 points or so. i keep saying, this is what those flex points are for. I'm going to be an angel all weekend so I can hop on the scale monday and see a loss
