Hi everyone! I'm new and was just going to introduce myself. I posted this same thing in Featherweights but I figured I'd post it here too, since this is my age range! I'm a junior in college and just turned 21. (Yay!) I'm not very good about dieting and need some support, so that I can tone up and lose about 7 lbs. I really need to focus on my excersise since I'm at a reasonable weight, I just really want to tone up my stomach area! It seems so hard to lose a little weight! But hopefully this will help! I look forward to chatting with everyone and getting tips and everything!
