Waaaah! Hello! Thanks to all for your kind wishes and thoughts. Everything is okay, but yes- busy and well "out of character," as far as normal days go. Then again, it's good because life happens and we need to keep rolling with the punches, even when it comes to working out and weight loss.
So my TOM is just about over and i am feeling better. Got into yoga this morning and will go again in the evening. So far, the eating is going well too!

About to steam some red peppers, mushrooms, brocc, onions and red cabbage for lunch. I did Tfire 45 today and will do 30 day shred before I go to yoga to get my body warmed up... Anyway...
Yes, the working out and dancing is keeping my head clear! It's also nice because it's my little escape... "me time." I feel good that I am being productive.... SOOOOO- let's go for the big weigh in this week! On Saturday i was up 1 pound from my original start weight and now today I was up to 142.5!

So, I'm hoping once the TOM and bloating gets out of the way, I will be back on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Barley grass is great! It's basically like wheatgrass!

You can grow your own wheatgrass quite easily!
