Hey All,
I'm down 2.2lbs for the week so am definitely happy about that. I went for a 30 minute walk in the park yesterday so am a bit tired today. I know that doesn't sound like much but for me it was huge. I usually don't get any exercise in just because I don't have the energy. Today is a pretty big day in Melbourne, it's the Grand Final for the AFL so that means BBQ and nibbles with friends. I have a plan for the afternoon so I'm hoping I stick to it. Good Luck for weigh in everyone!! |

My weight has finally started dropping, 156.5 this morning! I probably won't be on plan today, so I'm curious to see what number I'll have for tomorrows weigh in! Kim- yes I wore a pair of pants that were pretty tight, and now they're loose! |
hiya!.. i know im not around much but im still trying hard!.. getting alittle p.o with my weight now. im not losing much if i do its really slow.. think im going through a bad patch.. hopefully will pick up soon!

Trying to get back on track here. I'm down about .6 lbs since Sunday. I hope it goes down a little more for the next weigh in!

Kim-I know, pretty sad having drama w/ toddlers, I'm just waiting for the teenage stage. lol. they keep me on my toes!!
southernbelle102- thank you! So, I'm finally on this week, congrats again every1 for being bl for the week! My measurments were ok on friday at the gym and the weight and bmi were awesome. My bmi went down 2% for the past month and I lost a total of 9 lbs for the month on their scale. On a down note, I haven't been to the gym this week-been sick w/ a wicked cold but going to try to work out today and get back to the gym tomorrow. So hopefully I'll have ok results by saturday! I hope every1 is having a great week so far. |

How are things going? Nessa411~ Teenage drama is gonna be rough! How are you feeling? Sorry I haven't been on much. I've been busy, but the main reason is kind of a sucky one. I'm down. I mean really down. My anti-depressants aren't working right now and I'm struggling big time with just keeping myself going. When I say keeping myself going, I mean getting myself out of bed in the morning. Unfortunately I haven't been watching what I eat as closely as usual or getting to the gym. I'm hoping to turn things around over the next couple days. An improvement in the weather would be a big help. ANYWAYS! On a lighter note, I did get the individual standings posted yesterday, check 'em out, we have some team members with some pretty awesome overall losses! |
Thanks for asking Kim ... I am going pretty well. Trying to get back on track with my eating ... I wasn't really horribly off track but I stopped logging everything on Sparkpeople and I kind of felt like I needed to start again.
Been walking after work the past few days so that's good! I hope you are feeling better soon! |

KimL1214 - Sorry to hear you're not feeling great this week. Hopefully you'll be able to turn things around soon. The Grand Final was great but it ended in a draw. That hasn't happened in over 30 years in the AFL so they'll be having a re-match on Saturday which means another BBQ. I've been having a bit of an off week in general. Last night I went into Hospital to get a Sleep Study done. I've never had so many wires hanging off me before. My doctor had given me some sleeping tablets to take and I unfortunately had a bad reaction to them. It's definitely put me off using any kind of sleeping tablets in the future. I'm just hoping that I don't have to go back for another one. How is everyone going this week? Staying on plan?? |
hey everyone.. I've been MIA for like a week.. bunch of life drama.. College, my dad was in the hospital (he's completely fine though already home), work drama.. etc..
I stopped going to the gym uhg, but I plan on going to the one on campus tomorrow! :D... my diet has been whatever i could get my hands one.. which isn't good.. Since everything has settled down and school is all sorted out Im getting back on track |

Thanks Kim! I can't believe I have the second highest overall weight loss percentage right now... thats crazy! I think this week will be okay but not that amazing. It is my TOM. We'll see. Hopefully I can at least pull off like 3 lbs or so. If not, c'est la vie. I saw a friend today who I haven't seen in a coupe of months and she was like " you look awesome! You are just melting away." It felt great to hear that because I was having a fat feeling day today. My TOM always makes me feel super bloated and ugly. I hope you feel better soon. Depressions sucks!! :( Take good care of yourself right now! I hate that I don't have the time to get caught up with everyone here... I hope all of you are doing well! Lets keep up this awesome weight loss! We are right on team nike's heals for overall winners. :) |
southernbelle102~ Thank you! I'm just getting rid of TOM, so I wonder if that might be part of my problem as well. That's awesome that your friend gave you such a nice compliment!
bbg200~ :hug: I'm sorry they said that to you :hug: JessicaRT~ Great job getting back on track! oOPeanutOo~ Yikes! How are you feeling today? What kind of reaction did you have to the meds? BassAckwards~ I just discovered sparkpeople last week, seems like a really neat site! I'm still in my little slump, trying to think of ways to help pull myself out of it. I have to babysit this afternoon, so the gym isn't a possibility today and the weather stinks so there is no way of getting in a quick walk during my lunch. I actually had a similar experience as bbg200 yesterday, but the kid thought he was being nice... Somehow the topic of calling people "fat" came up during PE and one kid said... "I never call anyone fat," then pointed at me and said, "I wouldn't even call you fat." I laughed at him, and some of his classmates pointed out that he had pretty much said that I was... OUCH. Not really what I needed to hear this week, or really any time, but especially not this week... On a lighter note... I will be putting up a sign-up thread this week for the next challenge, and will make sure to post the link in this thread so everyone interested can make sure to sign up! Week 5 is more then half way over! CRAZY!!! |
