bbg200 - Comments like that are always horrible. Hope you're okay.

southernbelle102 - That's a great compliment to get. With any luck you can lose that as extra motivation.

KimL1214 - How are you feeling now? Have you managed to get some time to yourself to try and work your way out of the slump?

I'm down another 1.1lbs this week and am pretty happy with that. I'm off to the BBQ shortly but made a massive fruit salad to take along this time. It should be a fun day so I'll try and stick to plan as best I can.

I hope you all had a good week. I was cramping today so I think TOM is right around the corner. :cookie: Next week will be difficult and my next WI probably won't be pretty. :headache: Today's WI was the same as last week, no loss but no gain which I'll take.

I got my Pullo back today so there will be extra walking for me daily, taking him around the neighborhood. :running:

Tomorrow, it will be 12 weeks till Christmas! :gift2:

im feeling alittle better about it now.. took me a few days to get over it and a few comfort foods then thought to myself why should i let it ruin the work ive already done!.. ent looking forward to the weigh in this week but it has to be done!

kim im sorry you had to go through the same as me, its just not nice no matter how it was said x hope ur feeling better!

Down to 182.4 this a.m. after a couple week lull of nothing. I hope it stays this way. I went out last night and had some drinks ... but also danced most of the night. Hopefully it equals out lol.

Hey Ladies,

Sorry I've been MIA, had a lot going on the past 2 weeks, which is key for my weight loss- staying busy!

I haven't had much time to work out though, I did get 2 outside runs in last week, I'd like to shoot for 3 a week but whatever.

School started for me yesterday, nursing. Seems pretty cool, starting Thursday we'll have a test almost everyday.

Kim- have you tried Wellbutrin? I totally get where you're coming from and it SUCKS!!!! I hope you can get out of it. It helps me to right down what I'm feeling.

Hi Team!!

Seems like we're all having hectic starts to the week. I've had no time to get online the past few days as work is chaotic. I've been sticking to plan pretty much every day so I'm happy with that.

The weather has started to pick up over here so I'm enjoying the Sunshine as well. I hope to take advantage of that and get outside more.

JasonsLea~ Scary to think Christmas is so close! Even scarier is the fact that I actually started my Christmas list yesterday and looking for gifts. No money right now, but I'm finding sites to get stuff from and budgeting so I can get more stuff for people this year!

I know I keep saying that I'm around, just not typing a lot, which I guess is confirmed by all the stats I've been posting, but I still feel bad. I've been thinking a lot about these challenges over the last couple days and have been trying to figure out how we can help other teams be as active as we are. You may have noticed from the team postings that we have, by far, the most active members on our team. We had almost as many people weigh in this week for our team as all three of the other teams combined. I'm going to put up a thread in a bit asking for ideas, but I wanted to come to you all first. I love being able to have more teams, but unfortunately it's asking a lot of the other team leaders, and creates a lot more work for me if they do not post their team stats. So I'm thinking about cutting to just 2, maybe 3 teams for the next challenge, and either doing all the stats myself, so I'm not having to start from scratch each week with each team. Or, see if the other team leaders want to try again. UGH.

As for me. Much better with food, horrible with exercise. I'm still down, but much better then last week. Thank you everyone for your concern!!!

Today was a bad bad bad food day. I hit over my daily calories after I ate lunch.
Stupid drug reps bringing in lunch! 2 days this week too. Today I ate way too much though. So I went over my limit by about 750 calories! Yikes.
I did go for a walk after work though ... that might make it slightly better.
I am so sick of being in the 180's! It seems like it's taking forever.

I hope everyone else is having a not so bad food day :lol:

BassAckwards - How's your food been for the rest of the week?? Have the drug reps stopped bringing in food?

KimL1214 - Glad to hear that your doing a bit better now. As far as improving challenges go I think having fewer teams would benefit everyone especially if the length of the challenge was increased. Hopefully more people per team would keep the conversation flowing. I'd be up for the 8 week challenge as there are bound to be many people who would drop off over that Christmas & New Years period when they go away for holidays or get busy with family stuff.

Luckily for me I was able to get out in the Sunshine. Just had a short stroll in the local park but I enjoyed it. I've seen a drop in the scale as the week ends so I'm hoping it stays like that for weigh in.

Does anyone have any interesting plans for the weekend?

We usually have lunch brought in maybe once or twice a month. This week alone we've had 3! So this is not a normal occurrence thankfully lol.
My breakfast and dinner has been pretty normal ... and last night I actually didn't eat dinner because I got home pretty late ... but I wasn't really hungry anyway. Next week will be better!

urgh feeling really rough today!.. ive been really good with exercise.. been swimming all week doing 1hr 30mins of that then going to my moms decorating!.. only thing is now ive started to come down with my daugthers chest infection :( i havent had a chance to do my own cleaning so wanted to do it over the weekend.. no chance of that now :( partner is really ill to.. ah well.. hope everyone else is doing well!.. dreading weigh in this week as well... TOM!

Tomorrow is my birthday!! Yay :) I am planning on spending the entire weekend doing fun things and celebrating with my amazing friends and family! Hope you are all doing well! I can't believe this will be our final weigh in... I have had a great time with this challenge! Can't wait for the next!
