Ladies I'm back, and hanging my head in shame. For the past week and a half, I went on a super-fast-food binge, and I did not weigh myself once. I still haven't weighed myself to see how much damage I did, but I'm planning on it tomorrow....

I remember one meal I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal large size (with the fries and drink), a double cheeseburger, and another medium fry...all from mcdonalds. One day I went to whataburger and ate their giant double cheeseburger and large fries and drank their HUGE large size regular soda.....I must have eaten fast food once a day, most of the time twice a day....I don't know what got into me...I just had these cravings I could not control. I have known for a while that I'm addicted to the stuff, but I didn't know it was that bad. The worst part about it is I would eat it, feel sick after, and once I was feeling better I would go get more. Its like I didn't even care about how it made me feel, I just wanted it.

I think the only good thing that came out of this fast food binge is that for the first time in my life, I can honestly say right now, I am NOT craving fast food. I almost think I am sick of it. I'm hoping that I can go at least a month without having any. I just went grocery shopping last night and I've got plenty of healthy food in the house, so I should be just fine.

Anyways, like I said, I'm back...that is, if you ladies will still have me. I can't promise that I'll be perfect, but I'm going to try.

Of course you're welcome back, DivineFidelity! I haven't been doing my best either. Let's get back on track together!

Thanks for the tip about right clicking! I'll go do that right now.

I'm sorry ladies, but I have been SUPER sick the past few days, so I have gotten NO exercise and I've just been laying in bed, watching tv, and eating comfort food. Eek! Lots of mac and cheese, chicken noodle soup, popsicles, and for some reason tater tots(dunno, my housemate made them for me lol). I have a feeling my weigh-in is not going to go well... :/

Hey ladies! Sorry I've been a bit inactive on the site this week. Had a busy time with classes and lots of homework, and also had lots of people over at the house all the time. I live at an open fellowship house for our campus ministry so it's always unlocked and people come over after every service and we have big meals and stuff here...

Speaking of big meals, we had a horrible one last night; nachos. Albeit I ate it because I feel bad cooking my own food when all my friends are over here eating something else. It wasn't even that satisfying. I took a small plate so I wouldn't overload. All I'd eaten before then anyway was an apple, English muffin, and light yogurt... I wasn't too hungry yesterday for some reason. Blah.

I haven't been calorie counting, and also haven't been weighing in this week every day like usual, but I feel like I'm staying on track without it. I wanted to see how I would do this week with intuitive eating. So we'll see when weigh in comes on Sunday!

Divine: Of course you are welcome to continue here with us! Just remember to post your weigh in even though you've had a rough time of it. Sometimes the reality of what we've done can sink in if we actually have to post it. Are you doing okay now? That fast food can be addicting...

Peachy- Hope you are feeling better! Don't be set back by the sickness. You probably shouldn't do extensive exercise, but sometimes getting out for a slow walk helps me feel better, and you CAN control what you're eating. That's a change I've had to make for myself.

To answer some questions--

Yes, we are going to have just one chat thread for the rest of the challenge, starting with the next week... so it will say week 3-6 chat.

We calculate the weight via week... so whatever weight you put as your current weight last Sunday will become your initial weight this week.

Hey girls! I'm sorry I haven't been very active with this group thus far and I know I missed a weigh in. Our internet connection has been iffy at best; I've not been able to get on at all some days, and other days I can but within a few minutes I was having problems again. We think we've sorted the mess out so I hope to be much more involved from here on out! I'm also sick so I don't know how well I'll have done this week, but I'll be ready to jump back in full force once I'm feeling better.

Oh, man. I just can't get back into the habit of Fitdaying. I do one day on, then take, like, 4 days off. I eat on-plan, I just eat too much of it. <_< Y'all are gonna hate me this week.

Things are so hard with being so busy... eating right and all. Today I've done so-so... tuna on wheat with a side of musk melon for lunch, though I had 3 cookies for breakfast. Blah. The roommates are cooking spaghetti for supper tonight so I'll probably make myself some veggies to go with it so I don't have to carb up.

Rough week for us all I guess.

Though I look at the bright side. Yesterday I weighed in the morning and was down to 173.0 pounds. That is 80 pounds less than when I started. I must be doing something right! Throw in a bad meal of cookies for breakfast every so often... yeah, not good for that day, but it's the overall lifestyle change that counts.

18 pounds until I'm at a "healthy" BMI, no longer overweight. I passed out of obesity back during the summer... and the morbid obesity left me not long after I started my lifestyle change. I wonder what it will feel like to be considered a "healthy" weight. I still feel like I want to go about further after that probably. I'm small framed... we'll see when I get there.

I checked my weight twice and it gave me 265 both times. I was sick and had a couple off days/haven't been working out, but I don't think I've gained 18 pounds. Hmmmm....finding another scale today.

WHEW. I had to do some finagling today, but I was a hair over 152 again. With as high as I'd gotten this week, I thought there was no way I'd get back down in time for weigh-in. Okay... so two wasted weeks. Now time to buckle down. My goal is hot by halloween.
