It's not a matter of what plan gives you the most food. Even with exercise and shift work you wouldn't need the same amount of food as someone double your weight.
Gold is the normal plan for you I think. If you exercise more than 5 hours they should move you up a plan. If you work 12hr days, you would need a different plan.
Since you are brand new they may be seeing how your schedule goes and how your weight loss goes before moving you around. Give it a few weeks. If you seem to be having problems and your COD counselor doesn't help you aske to see the manager. If you still don't get the answer you want, call the customer service 800 number.
But give the program a chance. It does work.
