Okay, I'm getting all paranoid and weird.. and can't stop babbling to people. Here's my question, is it possible that this diet gets EASY? That doesn't seem to ever happen for me.. I don't feel like I'm working very hard at it right now! I am going to list my meals for today - I'd really appreciate the input.
Breakfast - mock pancakes plain, I really enjoy the taste on their own
Lunch - 2-3 cups of lettuce with 1 cup of taco bake on it. 1 tablespoon of Low fat sour cream
Snack - FF plain yogurt with a dash of cinnamon on them
Dinner - pork loin seasoned with salt and pepper, I might put some salsa on them, and 2 cups of steamed broccoli.
I also had a 16 oz latte with 1% milk. I topped it with some cinnamon.
Am I eating TOO much? Too much sugar? I don't why this is feeling so easy? I know I shouldn't be complaining that I am relatively craving free.. but I worry that i'm doing something wrong!
