I feel crazy!

Okay, I'm getting all paranoid and weird.. and can't stop babbling to people. Here's my question, is it possible that this diet gets EASY? That doesn't seem to ever happen for me.. I don't feel like I'm working very hard at it right now! I am going to list my meals for today - I'd really appreciate the input.

Breakfast - mock pancakes plain, I really enjoy the taste on their own
Lunch - 2-3 cups of lettuce with 1 cup of taco bake on it. 1 tablespoon of Low fat sour cream
Snack - FF plain yogurt with a dash of cinnamon on them
Dinner - pork loin seasoned with salt and pepper, I might put some salsa on them, and 2 cups of steamed broccoli.

I also had a 16 oz latte with 1% milk. I topped it with some cinnamon.

Am I eating TOO much? Too much sugar? I don't why this is feeling so easy? I know I shouldn't be complaining that I am relatively craving free.. but I worry that i'm doing something wrong! :dizzy: Help!!

Aimee...it's actually GOOD that it's feeling easy! It's the amazing thing that happens when you get rid of the cravings. :cloud9:

So happy for you and your success!!! It does seem like you should be eating just a little bit more...another snack and perhaps a bit more with your lunch? Try having the taco bake on shredded angel hair cabbage...it's crunchier and gives you a ton more nutrients than lettuce...plus it fills you up more.

However...if it's not broke, don't fix it, right? ;) So if you're doing well and feeling good, don't stress about the extra food for now. :D

:congrat:
