Hello everyone, i've been one of the one's just sitting and reading here for a while...I decided to join tonight hoping that I can get the support I see you all give out
I've registered for the National Body Challenge and am wondering if anyone else here is doing that? I'm just trying to decide which way of living will work best for me...Atkins...WW...SBD...or just plain common sense...which i've obviously not had much of before...lol
Any help and guidence along the way will be GREATLY appreciated!
