National Body Challenge?
 

Hello everyone, i've been one of the one's just sitting and reading here for a while...I decided to join tonight hoping that I can get the support I see you all give out :)

I've registered for the National Body Challenge and am wondering if anyone else here is doing that? I'm just trying to decide which way of living will work best for me...Atkins...WW...SBD...or just plain common sense...which i've obviously not had much of before...lol

Any help and guidence along the way will be GREATLY appreciated!

BTW...the name "cute and cuddly" is courtesy of my 13 yr old son who doesn't have the heart to call me "fat and fluffy" lol

I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. I haven't signed up for it yet but I have been glued to the show on Discovery Health. I am so glad we got digital cable just in time to watch the shows, it's very inspiring.

I will say the two doctors are kind of annoying though. I will check out the website to see if I want to sign up. Have you gotten anything helpful out of it yet?
