Lunch: 2 slices toast, lf egg salad (2 hb eggs/onion/lf mayo) lettuce, sliced cucumber and radishes
1 large shiny and juicy red delicious apple!
Snack: fruit salad and/or yogurt
Dinner: the steak we didn't have last night! w/sweet potato, broccoli
