Well, I told my boss yesterday that I couldn't continue on like this anymore that I had to take a break from overtime...and that I was soo sick that I wasn't going to be there...

She agreed that we had be running ourselfs out by working so hard. So I will finish up a report over the weekend and that's all there is to the overtime. We will finaly get someone to help out 2 days per week. The person is very slow but it's a start.

Thank You all for your comments and tips. I will put them into good use.

I hope you are incredibly PROUD of yourself.

Now, if this were me, I would be running around trying to apologize for standing up for myself. Do not do that.

Now, take an hour out of the housework and put it toward sleep. Exercise comes next.

Good luck.

I think a clean house is important. It makes me feel better when my house is clean, so I'm really glad you cut back on work so you wont have to cut out the house cleaning. I have 2 kids, so 15 minutes would not even get my house picked up let alone CLEAN. I do agree that taking care of yourself is more important than house cleaning but you were working way to much. That was what needed to be cut back not house work. you can still work a little overtime but you were doing overkill. you need to make time for @ least 6 hrs of sleep and 30 mins of excercise. Good luck.
