I'm so with you on the "gain, lose, gain lose" method of maintenance ... it works in the short-term but its certainly neither healthy or a forever way of eating. I so want to eat "normally" and stay constant, so that's my goal right now. I guess if you take it a day at a time, a month at a time, a year at a time, eventually it'll be for the rest of your life (I'll probably get it all figured out and promptly croak)

Anyway, happy that Howberley is back in the building. Let's all do it together!

That will be my luck to Jill. I've done pretty good this weekend so I'm back on track and hoping this will stick to my goal and then I will work on maintaining.

I'm re-losing a momentary gain, myself. Ugh. It's funny how you can be so IN the groove and it's so easy for so long, and then *bump!* you hit a hiccup and everything's shaken up. Gotta get the groove on again! It's good to have you guys...Can't tell you how much. I'm glad we've encouraged you, too.
