Default Updated Progress pics
I was trying to get in the progress pic thread but, couldn't everytime I clicked on it it said to reload so oh well here I go lol.

Weighting in at my HW 300 then now weight 245
my SW 283 now weight 245

Even thou I have more to lose I am proud to see a big differents

I couldn't get them any bigger but, you can click on the pics to see there better
