Stayed the same - 250.
I have been on a serious binge this past week.
I am heading back OA this week - maybe tonight if I can swing it.
It is the only thing that has ever worked for me.

This should be a laugh for you!

I'm down .2 of a pound

I'm pretty happy with it though, because this is day 4 on plan...and the day before yesterday, at the end of TOM it said I was up ANOTHER 2 pounds (which I knew in my heart was wrong but was upset about)

Next week will be much better, hopefully...I'd be thrilled with just one pound, even

I'll take the .2 for today and carry on.

I stayed the same. However, I had a long talk with my JC consultant last night and we are working on a plan this week to try and figure out what happened. I was on plan all week, did some major excercise this week, so I was a little fustrated (understatement. I am not giving up, just going to chalk it up to one of those weeks and keep on trucking. Next week will be a good week.

I lost 3 pounds this week. This makes it a total of 5 pounds since I started two weeks ago.
