I think the reasons behind my obsession with my scale is ok. (I sound like a but) If I have a nice loss, I may get a lil comfortable. But if I have to look at that # everymorning, it gives me the umph I need before my day starts. I gained 20 lbs and was in denial when I started to gain weight again-I refused to look at the scale...well, well, well....

I go so back and forth with my scale. I am in the process of looking for a new one. I get on and off at least 3-4 times during one weigh in to make sure it is right. In one day I am sure I weigh myself at least 10 times. I try to put it away..like that works..I know where it is. I am such an anal person I have to know how much I weigh.
