Laura, congratualtions on losing 63 pounds already! I am so impressed with your TaeKwonDo performance. My son is a blue belt and we sometimes get to class early enough to watch the adults and even the fittest of them is worn out and dripping with sweat. When I was 214 pounds I barely left the couch and here you are participating and placing in sparring competitions! Good for you - that is really, really, awesome.

By the way, DS will be participating in his first tournament next week. He's excited but a little nervous. The kid doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and so sparring doesn't come naturally for him. He worries more about hurting his partner than getting hurt himself. He's getting better though and the sport has really brought him out of his shell. Anyway, wish us luck next week.
