Anyway, I just wanted to brag a moment on myself. Just over 3 weeks ago I recommitted myself to becoming healthy, focusing more on exercise and less on diet at this time and I've made it through 3 weeks of exercise about 1 hour a day for 6 days a week. I had a bad 4-day binge from Thursday-Sunday but kept up my exercise and I am totally back on track again.


An hour a day for three weeks is a great achievement! I'm proud of you for keeping it up during a bad weekend too. Well done!
