Thumbs up Da Da Dummmmm...

Ok everybody, sorry I didn't update sooner but I just got home from classes. I got on the scale this morning and am down three pounds! I'm happy about that because I wasn't on my best behavior this past weekend. I know, as some of you said, that it is time for me to up my workouts and as always, watch what I put in my mouth (Grandma's porkchops were calling me though!). Really, I know there are no excuses and I am not trying to give one.

Thanks everyone from your encouraging words and insightful views (special thanks to my buddy Winter! love the avatar girl!). I know that it's not all about the scale and what it says. I'm still motivated and I am by no means giving up. Three pounds isn't a lot, but it's enough for me to know that I'm moving in the right direction and no matter how long it takes...I can do this!

Oh yeah and it may be approaching TOM for me. I'm irregular so it's hard to tell.

Three pounds! That's great Shannon. I wish I knew how I was doing, but I'm having scale avoidance issues. When I've been good for a few days, I might check. Until then, I'll rejoice in your success.
