Congrats to everyone for their great weeks! You all have great losses and accomplishments and hearing your stories helps me stay on track too!
I lost 8.5 last week. Between being week one (again) and being over TOM I"m not suprised. I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs per week, which would put me down to what I was last year at my lightest by Christmas. I'm going strong and back to the mind set that I was when I lost my 96 lbs last year.
This is my first weigh-in since joining this group and I am happy to tell you that I am down 2 pounds. I have a Dr. appointment today, so it will be interesting to see what his scales say.

FYI the doctors scale matched my. Only at the doctors I was in clothes. At home I weigh in nothing or my night gown.
The needle, it moved!!! I have gone down two pounds, wahey!!!! It'll be interesting to see if this continues, or if I plateau again. I already had to "move summer" back a month to try and meet my goal, I might have to make it a Halloween goal, if things don't pick up!!!
Kudos to Realynn for getting back on track while still being a newlywed. I know many times (like me) you gain tons of weight in that first year of marriage.
Well in my first week I had gained 2 pounds, but this morning I had lost 3, so I guess it's 1 pound gone really. . .but I'm still gonna say 3! I think the gain was due to my period and retaining water and all that--so that's where some of the loss has come from as well. I know I sure didn't eat well enough to lose 3 pounds this week! At any rate, it's nice to see the scale numbers starting with 15 stone rather than 16!
