Default breakfast

I'm a teacher and about to go back to work in a week. My question is do any of you have filling, sustaining breakfast ideas that I can eat in the car? I have an hour commute by the time I drop my baby off at the sitters, so I have more time in the car to eat than at home and honestly I am not ready for breakfast that early ( I have to walk out the door at 6:30am). Also, I am worried that I will be hungry mid morning and then blow it at lunch. Now, I am able to have a small snack, that won't be possible in the classroom. So that leads me back to breakfast. I need something that is toteable and sustaining. Ideas/suggestions are coveted.
Thanks,
Lynne

I would sugest fruit and maybe a peanut butter sandwich. I would stay away from the packaged stuff. They tend to be not the best choice. Even the energy bars and things like that have a lot of junk we don't need. We get the natural peanut butter and a good whole wheat bread. It's really tasty.
