Default my update
While I keep going up and down by 2-3 pounds I have started to see a nutritionist. I feel great about it not that I didn't know this stuff before but I now have someone else to answer too (aside from me). I feel hopeful about it and you all inspire me daily.

I haven't met you before so welcome! Glad to hear that the nutritionist has given you a boost - it is nice to have some support and not always feel alone with the struggle. Even if we know the information, sometimes hearing it again or hearing it put in a different way makes something click or refreshes your memory. You are right, this forum is a daily uplift. Great to have you here!

I have seen a dietician twice now & it's absolutely worth every penny! I think you'll really start to see changes. Good luck!
