I really like that site. I found it a couple pg's ago. I was surprised when I recently went back how anti-diet she is. Last few pg's I totally agreed with her though so never noticed.
The blood pressure cuff info saved me from getting treated as if I had PIH.
Next pg I'm going to be thin!
