I finally did it!
I haven't exercised since all this heart stuff happened in late November. The cardiologist cleared me for exercise right before Christmas. Tonight, i finally did it! I did the entire one mile Leslie dvd (although my legs were having a fit)

I know how good you must feel being able to exercise. I'm FINALLY back to being able to walk (w/a walking cast and boot) after being non-weight bearing for 7 months-it's hard, but it feels good!
