Don't worry about the little gain... I think it happens to all of us when TOM pays a visit.. Maybe just avoid the scale when TOM's in town..It can throw you off!

As for the not gaining weight with thanksgiving, normally you won't gain, as long as its all things in moderation! Like my girlfriend always says " As long as you're on plan 90% of the time, you will still lose weight!".

Hello,

My question is are you doing any weight training? Muscles weighs more than fat so you could be building up some muscle and that could account for the diff.

During TOM I put on 5 lbs of water weight which is why I've decided to only weigh in once per month. I can sympathize. I'm sure it will work out.
