I love it because it really does get me compete with myself to beat or at least match my previous numbers. I don't count it towards my miles walked, because in my head it's just "normal" activity, and not intentional, planned exercise -- and that's really what I'm trying to focus on. (Another reason I love the "multi-user" function on mine. But it's so cool to actually know how much -- or how little -- I move within an office. I know I move more when I wear it. I'm glad you're going to wear yours tomorrow....and I hope you like that Tae-Bo workout! I've heard it's hard, so I'll be interested to hear if you think so also.
