As for the activity points, I know ww has changed since I tried it... but I *think* there was some kind of point-earn calculator that had you put in the intensity and time of your workout and it would be 1-3ish points per half hour. Sorry I don't know the details; maybe you can find it online, I found a point calculator somewhere. I might be completely off since I know ww has changed a lot, but thought I'd chime in with my idiocy.
Katey, hey! We're here to help and encourage. If you want to join in, go right ahead. Don't feel badly if you're not doing as well as you would like. There's always room for improvement. What a great vacation too! Hope you have a blast.

I've been a bad girl this weekend. Friday wasn't *so* bad, I had my workout (not as logn as I'd have liked but i forgot to bring socks... yucky!) and chinese broccoli w/ garlic sauce, so it was a bit off. Yesterday was all screwed up because I"m stressed, ate like a hog, and I didn't get my stupid workout. I'll be good today though. I don't know if I'll make it to the gym (work until 4, then a 400 page book to read, eek!) but I"ll try my damndest.
