I have some small victories, not as great as the rest of you , but im geting there.
1): was looking over my exercise calender and I have walked the equivalent of 11.5 miles, which is alot for me, since before, I didnt move around at all!
2): I still have fat everywhere else, but my leg muscles are rock hard,..whoohoo! Its just a matter of time before I get muscles other places too.
3): This weekend, when hubby and I were setting up my candle booth, he made a comment, that I didnt have to sit down as much and he thought my endurance was much better! Of course i had terrible headache and chest pains and after we got home, i ate a low fat subway sandwich and felt much better. I think the greasy fries at the fall festival actually upset my body, which just blows my mind!
4): I'm not sure yet, but I think my face is actually getting thinner, seems like I can feel more "bones" in my face, but it may just be me, being optimistic,..
5): I asked mom my to get me a cold bottle of water at the fall festival, since she was going for soda. She looks at me like I am crazy and says " you sure you dont want a soda?" and i said happily,"nope, get me water!" I have had no soda since aug 11:-) I only miss it once in a blue moon, but for the most part, I dont miss it.
