Smile Hello everyone!!!
Hi!! My name is Latisha and I just wanted to introduce myself. I've just started journaling again but never really posted in the forums much. I'm coming out of hiding because I really need some help. Hopefully by posting here I can stay motivated. Right now I weight 276.5 and would like to get down to 150. I'm 28 years old married with no kids. Just wanted to say hi and I hope there's room for one more!!!

Welcome Latisha! I believe you're going to love it here -- this is a group of amazingly kind and supportive people who share knowledge, empathy, and war stories! You're so smart to come "out of hiding" , because I can tell you from experience that the motivation and support you get from other people working on the same thing at the same time is SUCH a help. And you get to know one another a bit, so you really get a feeling of comradery and community. Make sure you read everything, and post as often as you feel comfortable doing -- and come back OFTEN! It will really, really help you. It's nice to have you here, and I look forward to hearing more from you. Welcome to our group.

Ditto what Sarah has said! I hope you are able to come here often. Well done for starting the journalling - I think it is a great way of monitoring your progress (and setbacks ) and staying accountable.

I'm sure between coming here and journalling (and some good 'ole diet and exercise ) you will be losing weight in no time!

OMG!! Tisha, how are you!! This is Beverly, we used to email back when I first joined 3fc. I'm so excited you're back! You've definitely come to the right place, this is an awsome group of people with great attitudes, excellent advise and a whole lot of motivation. I really believe that support is such a huge part in making this work, and I promise, you'll get plenty of it here. I hope you'll jump right in and feel at home here.
