Default NEW PB's alround

i'm inching closer to my lightest ever weight i'm only get this 1 lb over VFT. and i'm now just a few pounds under being able to squat my own bodyweight. i weighed in today at get this 228. 6lb off my 100lb loss and only 23lb over my 205 target. i emptied the fridge of chocolate the other week and i've been logging all my excerise on my pc aswell and on my journal. guess the fear of having a major kicking this november is motivating me. i'm only a week and a half into my 4 month plan to become a fighting machine and i'm so excited at the initial results i'm bouncing off the walls.

That's great Si. You are really going for it. Hey when you get to the fight just pretend the guy you're fighting is the weight you've lost and you will win everytime.
