You can make it claire. Just remember how good it feels to swim in the water. You know once you get there you're going to love doing it. Now get down to that gym and exercise. If I remember right you posted your close to Onederland. Now how are you going to make it there if you don't go exercise? You can do this I have faith in you.

I havnt been very dedicated to exercise this month so far. But I am finished floundering! Last night I walked 2 miles with my sister, and tonight Im going again!! maybe we'll do 3. Id like to work myself up the 4 or 5 a day. But for now, Ill just back slow.

Thanks, Dawnyal - I hear you! Well I have made some feeble attempts the last couple of days. Monday: 15 min swim, 10 min walk; Tuesday: 15 min swim, 10 min walk......OK. No more messin' about....I am back to my serious exercising self tomorrow!
