Well for me I take some motrin and a good book and heating pad and lock myself in the bedroom! If i can manage some exercise I do feel much better but sometimes its just not possible. PS if you REALLY need chocolate try the sugar free fudgicles.

Amy Jo, Hang in there. In a few days it will pass. I have the same problem. In fact, I have realized that that week I won't even go weigh because I am so bloated. Be strong. Sugar and Fat free jello pudding is really good. I eat that to pass the chocolate cravings.

Hershey's Kisses. Don't chomp into them. Savor a serving one at a time. let them melt on your tongue. No chewing. They last longer this way.

Try Blue Bunny's "Brownie Fudge Fantasy" frozen yogurt.... mmmmmm! 2 WW points for 1/2 cup. It is so rich, that's all you'll want.

I found the last one, I took some ibuprofen, waited about 10 minutes and went and exercised for at least 30 and my cramps were gone for good the rest of TOM. Hopefully it wasn't a fluke and I won't have a problem when the next one rolls around.
